A Little About Myself...
This is my fourth year at F.F.S.S. I completed my undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Kinesiology and Phsyical Education and followed this with a Bachelor of Education from York University. At Laurier, I took a variety of business courses, specializing in Marketing and Merchandising. I also ran my own business, Backyard Splash, for four years, gaining practical business experience. I enjoy sharing my experiences with the "Summer Company" program with my students!
My winter hobbies include skiing, scrapbooking, and playing volleyball. In the summer I enjoy playing slo-pitch, seadooing, and water sports. The music playing on my radio will definitely be country and I am currently a big fan of Sugarland, Kenny Chesney, and Carrie Underwood.
I love teaching and coaching. Last year I coached the junior boys basketball team who were Kawartha Finalists and COSSA silver medalists! This year I am coaching the junior boys volleyball team as well and I am looking forward to a great season!
